Dragon Fly Tarps Limited One-Year Warranty

 

• One-Year Performance Warranty: We provide a one-year guarantee that all of our products will meet stated performance specifications under normal use and proper care.

 

• One-Year Materials/Craftsmanship Warranty: We provide a one-year guarantee that all of our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and proper handling.

 

• Normal Use/Proper Handling
  * Temperature: Our product is rated from -40°F to 160°F.
  * Durability: Our Tarp fabrics can withstand moderate abrasion resistance from repeated set-up and break-down of tarps.
  * Poles: Our Poles are rated for normal use under normal conditions. Bending, twisting or any other modification of the Poles                         causes deformation and weakening of the metal and will not be covered under our warranty.
  Any usage outside these parameters voids your warranty.

 

• Warranty Service
  If you find any defects in material or craftsmanship, please contact Dragon Fly Tarps directly at [email protected], with the word WARRANTY in the subject line. If your product qualifies for warranty service repair/replacement, you will need to ship us the Tarp, and Dragon Fly Tarps will cover the shipping costs back to you.

 

• Warranty Limitations
  The above warranty does not apply to products which are (i) repaired, modified or altered by any party other than Dragon Fly Tarps ; (ii) used in conjunction with equipment not provided authorized by Dragon Fly Tarps ; or (iii) subjected to unusual physical conditions, thermal conditions, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or negligence in the use, storage, transportation or handling. On-site warranty repair is not covered under this warranty. DRAGON FLY TARPS’ LIABILITY, AND YOUR SOLE REMEDY, FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, IS LIMITED TO DRAGON FLY TARPS’ REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, DRAGON FLY TARPS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. DRAGON FLY TARPS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 

• Non-Warranty Refund/Repairs
  If a product that is not covered by the above warranty needs repairing, please contact Dragon Fly Tarps directly via email at [email protected]. We will decide whether a refund, repair or replacement is the best option and will advise you of the cost of such repair or replacement, including shipping costs back to you. Repairs and/or replacements are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment.
